Renovation of “Tashir Group” office building on Terian Street.
The one-time constructive and monumental elements of classical architecture have been turned into empty forms, surfaces and decors. And the reproduction of the same details through yellow-red plastic materials on the left side of the building already remind one of a Disneyland kindergarten. Previously the building used to have very strict outlines and a beautifully textured ‘skin’ out of tufa stone. None of the original elements have been retained either on the exterior or the interior of the structure.
Դասական ճարտարապետության երբեմնի կոնստրուկտիվ և տեկտոնիկ նշանակություն ունեցող էլեմենտները վերածվել են դատարկ ձևերի, նկարի, դեկորի: Իսկ նույն դետալների արդեն կարմի-դեղին պլաստիկի միջոցով վերարտադրումը ճակատի ձախ մասում անմիջապես հուշում է Դիսնեյլենդյան մանկապարտեզի պատկերներ:
