The 'Red Bridge'

One of the oldest surviving structures in Yerevan, the 'Red Bridge' was built in 1679 over Hrazdan river and linked the main city road from Ararat valley to the Yerevan castle. According to a 2011 investigation conducted by Tsirani heritage preservation organisation, the building is half-collapsed and immediate attention is required to prevent its total destruction.

Afrikyans' mansion on Teryan street

This building, located on Teryan street in Yerevan, belonged to Afrikyan family. It was built in early 20th century and is a unique architectural example of its kind. Now it is in a ruined state and by that under the threat of demolition.

This house on Dexatan street is a typical dwelling unit of 19th early 20th centuries and by that is a vivid example of the middle class citizens' everyday life organization of those times. Now the building is in a ruined state and the fact that it occupies the land in the central part of Yerevan makes it very attractive for potential investors who would be interested to demolish this house, which might be modest from architectural point of view but no doubt important as a cultural artifact.
