Մեր մասին` հայերենով

ReArk is an open platform for all those who are interested and are occupied with the issues surrounding Armenian architecture and relevant spheres.
The founding members of ReArk Architectural Environment Research Center are Areg Asatryan – architect – New York; Vigen Galstyan – art historian, curator, director of Hayas cultural organisation and a PhD candidate of Sydney University; Yeva Sargsyan – editor of ‘Armenian Times’ web-portal’s architectural section and currently MA candidate at Bartlet architectural college, London.

Our Tasks:

ReArk Architectural Environment Research Center is a collaborative project by architects and other affiliated professionals who are concerned by issues pertaining to the field of Armenian architecture. The subject of center’s attention is the past, the present and the future of this field.
Some of the matters of interest to us are:

  • The study and preservation of Soviet and pre-Soviet architectural heritage.
  • The interpritation of the cohabitation of past and new architectural layers.
  • The contemporary city and the problems of inhabitants in the urban environment.
  • Post-Soviet Armenian society and the development of our cities according to the demands of this new society.
  • Laws and principles through which our, and not only our, cities are being built up.
  • The international architectural and urban development experience and its implementation in Armenia.

Our Functions:

ReArk center follows the tendencies of architectural arena’s development in Armenia and the architectural events taking place in this country as well as internationally and provides scholarly commentary and analysis of these occurrences.
Our activities are also represented by this web portal, where you can find information and commentary regarding the architectural life in Armenia, numerous architectural laws and legislations, as well as an extensive archive of photo galleries devoted to Armenian and international architecture.
The center also conducts research and public projects which are directed towards the analysis and propagation of Armenia’s architectural present and heritage.

Our Aim:

The center aims to direct the attention of specialists and the public at large to the pressing architectural issues facing Armenia today and through active discussions, exchange of ideas, experience and information, promote the creation of high professional and societal architectural evaluation standards. There are extensive construction activities taking place in Armenia today, which are often heavily criticised.  Thus currently in Armenia, there does not exist a network, which would contain the facts and information necessary for professional evaluation and analysis of architectural and urban development projects. Also absent are the traditions, schools and principles of architectural theory, criticism and specialist discourses. The activities of ReArk research center are specifically aimed at filling this gap.

Մեր խնդիրը

ՌեԱրկ Ճարտարապետական Միջավայրի Ուսումնասիրության Կենտրոնը Հայաստանի ճարտարապետական դաշտի խնդիրներով մտահոգված ճարտարապետների և հարակից այլ մասնագետների համատեղ նախաձեռնությունն է:

Կենտրոնի ուսումնասիրության առարկան Հայաստանի ճարտարապետությունն է՝ ներկա, անցյալ և ապագա:

Մեզ հետաքրքրող հարցերից են;

  • Խորհրդային և նախախորհրդային ճարտարապետական ժառանգության ուսումնասիրությունն ու պահպանությունը
  • Հին և նոր ճարտարապետական շերտերի համագոյակցումը և հնի կամ պատմության՝ արդի իրականության մեջ մեկնաբանումը
  • Նորօրյա քաղաքը և մարդու խնդիրները քաղաքային միջավայրում
  • Հետխորհրդային Հայ նոր հասարակությունը և մեր քաղաքների կառուցապատումը ըստ նոր հասարակության պահանջների
  • Օրենքներն ու սկզբունքները, որոնցով մեր /և ոչ միայն մեր/ քաղաքները կառուցապատվում են
  • Միջազգային ճարտարապետական և քաղաքաշինական փորձը ու դրա կիրառելիությունը Հայաստանում և այլն:

Մեր գործառույթները

ՌեԱրկ կենտրոնը հետևում է Հայաստանի ճարտարապետական դաշտի զարգացման տենդենցներին և երկրում, ինչպես նաև ողջ աշխարհում տեղի ունեցող ճարտարապետական իրադարձություններին, և տրամադրում դրանց վերաբերյալ վերլուծություն:

Մեր գործունեությունը ներկայանում է նաև այս ինտերնետային կայքով, որտեղ դուք կարող եք գտնել տեղեկատվություն և վերլուծություն Հայաստանի ճարտարապետական կյանքի վերաբերյալ, ճարտարապետական բազմաբնույթ օրենքների և կանոնադրությունների, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի և աշխարհի ճարտարապետության վերաբերյալ լուսանկարների ծավալուն շտեմարաններ:

Կենտրոնը իրականացնում է նաև հետազոտական և տարաբնույթ հանրային նախագծեր՝ ուղղված հայկական ճարտարապետության ներկայի, անցյալի և ապագայի խնդիրների ուսումնասիրմանն ու լուսաբանմանը:

Մեր նպատակը

Կենտրոնի նպատակն է մասնագետների և լայն հանրության ուշադրությունը բևեռել Հայաստանի ճարտարապետության խնդիրների ուղղությամբ և ակտիվ քննարկումների, փորձի, կարծիքների և ինֆորմացիայի փոխանակության միջոցով նպաստել ճարտարապետության գնահատման հանրային և մասնագիտական ստանդարտների ստեղծմանը: Հայաստանում այսօր տեղի են ունենում լայն շինարարական գործընթացներ, որոնք ակտիվ քննադատման են ենթարկվում: Այնուհանդերձ Հայաստանում այսօր չկա ճարտարապետության և իրականացվող քաղաքաշինական ծրագրերի մասնագիտական գնահատման և վերլուծության համապարփակ դաշտ, որտեղ խտացված կլիներ նման դատողությունների համար անհրաժեշտ փաստացի և տեղեկատվական ինֆորմացիա: Չկա նաև ճարտարապետական տեսական մտքի ու քննադատության, մասնագիտական երկխոսության ավանդույթ, դպրոց և սկզբունքներ: ՌեԱրկ կենտրոնի գործունեությունն ուղղված է հենց այս բացի լրացմանը:
